Voucher

To purchase a Voucher, you must contact the hotel in writing to agree on the services to be included and their cost.

Once the Voucher has been calculated, 100% of the value of the Voucher is required to be paid in advance to the account indicated by reception.

If you wish to include a personalised dedication on the Voucher, it is required to inform reception in writing.

Once payment has been credited, the Voucher will be sent to the purchaser electronically (PDF) for design approval, and by post, in a decorated form. Vouchers are sent by Polish post, to the address specified by the buyer, by economy letter. Delivery time within Poland is 5-7 working days. Shipping by courier is possible after the buyer has paid for this form of postage in advance.

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The voucher is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or extendable.
• Redemption of the Voucher is possible, only by prior arrangement with the hotel reception.
• The return/presentation of the original Voucher at check-in is essential if you wish to use the services included therein.
• If the Voucher is missing at check-in, the reception reserves the right to charge the Guest for the stay, according to the valid price list.
• Unused services included in the Voucher are not refundable, exchangeable for cash or other services or extendable.
